1. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We may charge the payment method on file for authorized fees.
 

2. Subscriptions / Concierge Membership

Concierge memberships are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the Concierge Membership Agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
 

3. Appointments

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full visit fee.
 

4. Programs and Intensives

Prepaid programs and developmental intensives may be non-refundable due to preparation time and reserved scheduling. See the applicable agreement for details.
 

5. Chargebacks

Improper chargebacks will be disputed. You agree to contact HKFM before initiating a chargeback. Collection fees and administrative costs may apply where permitted by law.
